Still CPC-M leader?

I see that the CBC's entry on Rankin for the 2006 election lists his as a former CPC-M leader.

However, this document from 16 January 2006 (presumably written after the CBC's blurb), lists him as the current leader. Should I assume the CBC site is mistaken? CJCurrie 01:15, 18 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
