Notable Students?

Based on the edit history of Lajolla2009, I suspect that the inclusion of Mike Hou in was in violation of WP:COI and so I removed the name. If there are any objections, can you please show a source? Realitycookie (talk) 01:42, 12 July 2008 (UTC)

I agree with Realitycookie. Moreover, based on the edit [1] of Lajolla2009 to List of University of California, San Diego people, Mike Hou only received his undergraduate degree from UCSD in 2008. He is certainly not notable yet even if he got some college awards and received multiple majors. Nsk92 (talk) 15:48, 12 July 2008 (UTC)

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:

1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues.
