my review points out one confusing sentence: "born in Watford, England on February 19, 1948 but moved to England at a young age". 2) When did he moved to Australia? 3) Is he British or Australian citizen? 4) Nationality and position should be clearly stated in the article's lead, as well as a description of his academic specialty, i.e. "...is an British political scientist". I can take care of the categories; the article currently has a "Australian academics" one. Academic needs to be refined, and I have a feeling Category:English expatriates in Australia may be added here (or Category:English emigrants to Australia if he moved permanently). Alternatively if he spends most of his time in China, not Australia, it would be "in China". --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here03:12, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
