Fraid not. I'm pretty sure that Martin Baxter's background is mathematics rather than politics, but I have no special knowledge of the man or his website. Just what I've read there several years ago now (I am not a regular visitor or avid reader of his website, I just happen to know that it is a very popular internet haunt of politics geeks).--Mais oui!
