Untitled[edit]

Delta is listed as "continentally significant" bird migration habitat, particularly Boundary Bay and other shoreline areas such as Westham Island and the Reifel Wildfowl Refuge. Also, in the winter there are typically 140+ species of birds staying in the area, which is the highest in Canada. The concentration of wintering raptors (hawks/eagles/falcons, etc) is also the highest in Canada. There should probably be a section on the related environmental value of the area, but I don't have any references handy -Doviende (talk) 05:37, 10 January 2010 (UTC)

Ok, found something from Bird Studies Canada: "Boundary Bay, Roberts Bank and Sturgeon Bank form one of the richest and most important ecosystems for migrant and wintering waterbirds in Canada." - http://www.bsc-eoc.org/iba/site.jsp?siteID=BC017 -Doviende (talk) 05:48, 10 January 2010 (UTC)

DMY[edit]

Sorry my edit summary was unclear. Using WP:DATERET, DMY was the first format used in the article 24 March 2010. The article primarily evolved using DMY and later on MDY dates were added, most notably in the reference section. The {{dmy}} template was adding in 2012 and the article's state in early March 2015, prior to the discussion about DMY over MDY, had both used in the article. For these reasons, I am restoring the article to DMY as directed under DATERET. Mkdwtalk 18:01, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
