[edit]FIRST OF ALL DILIP SHANGVI IS A GUJARATI HINDU KAPOL VANIA AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JAINISM, SECOND HE IS A DEVOTEE OF SHRINATH JI (CHILD FORM OF KRISHNA) AND REGULARLY MAKES PILIGRIMAGE TO RAJASTHAN WITH HIS FAMILY. HIS BIOGRAPHY WHICH WAS PUBLISHED IN 2019 CLEARLY STATES THESE FACTS. JAINS HAVE BEEN ADDING FAKE ARTICLES WHICH CLAIM HE IS JAIN. HIS BIOGRAPHY CLEARLY STATES HE IS A HINDU KAPOL VANIA. AND FORBES ALSO MENTIONS THAT SHRINATH JI'S PHOTOS ADORNE THE FACTORIES OF SUN PHARMA OFFICES AND FACTORIES not the photos of jain tirthankars

last shangvi is not a jain exclusive surname. KRFAAR (talk) 10:30, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
- Using all capital letters is considered yelling, please don't do that. 331dot (talk) 10:33, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
- ok I am sorry for that, but i have clearly given the source of his religion and personal life which is his own biography, i have also mentioned the page numbers for verification so i am not able to understand why is my edit always being removed. KRFAAR (talk) 10:42, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
I have protected this article due to the disruptive editing. Editors should discuss here to reach a consensus as to what this man's religion is, or if it should be mentioned at all(in many cases it should not be, especially if it is not particularly germaine to his notability). 331dot (talk) 10:34, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
- Why do we need to reach a consensus when his biography clearly states his religious beliefs and practices?? You are accepting random articles which claim he is a jain but not his own biography? I don't understand this logic. KRFAAR (talk) 10:44, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
- It's not my role to decide this dispute, just to end the disruption. Anyone interested in this article must discuss this to arrive at a consensus. If necessary, dispute resolution can be done. But the back and forth needs to stop. 331dot (talk) 12:38, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
The content for the page is being removed repeatedly without proper sources or reasons.
[edit]Now some people are claiming that, Soma Das has not taken permission from dilip sanghvi and written his biography on her own. For people with that assumption/imaginary thought i would like you to read the below articles, which clearly say, the book was written based on interview with Dilip Sanghvi and 150 of his friends and family.
