Fair use rationale for Image:R6311front.jpg[edit]

Image:R6311front.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page. If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 04:03, 24 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

– Further disambiguation is needed since an article for the Public Image Ltd song has been created. This will also help avoid confusion with other songs of the same name—see the article's lengthy hatnote. ResPM (T🔈 🎵C) 02:05, 8 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • After a closer look, Oppose 1st. There appears to be a clear primary topic, even if we account for views meant for other pages that go first through this one, and I don't see an argument that it isn't the primary yet besides the existence of other stuff (which obviously is not reason enough alone, otherwise we wouldn't have a primary topic ever!) The hatnote is definitely too long, but that can be resolved by creating a dab page.--Yaksar (let's chat) 22:03, 8 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support both the second one is non-controversial. For the first, I don't think the song is the primary topic over the concept of disappointment. User:力 (power~enwiki, π, ν) 00:45, 9 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support 1st, and (Strong) Support 2nd per others above. The second one should be moved speedily, and I'd say I generally support having a dab page at the basename of "Disappointed", even with pageviews. Between the three songs and the concept of Disappointment, I'd say there's no primary topic. Paintspot Infez (talk) 03:10, 9 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support 1st as well, Disappointment gets 2,043 views compared with only 726[[2]] for the Electronic song and the former has more long-term significance. Crouch, Swale (talk) 08:38, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
