[edit]I strongly disagree with the proposed deletion of this topic. Don Sparrow is an established and respected Canadian Illustrator. There are numerous wikipedia entries on other such Illustrators of similar or lesser "fame". All of the information on this entry is backed up by the according link. I guess what I'm wondering is specifically why this topic is being considered for deletion. In my estimation this entry meets the guidelines of Wikipedia, and does not fall under any of the clearly defined "What Wikipedia is NOT" criteria. --Aylwinatrix (talk) 07:57, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
Looks like the deletion warning has been removed, and with good reason. Some people simply get over-zealous in their pursuit of keeping Wikipedia's articles to a certain standard and attempt to delete the good with the bad. It's understandable, but in this case, misplaced. I'm from the United States and I've heard of Sparrow's work. Not sure what the reasoning was behind the attempt to delete the entry, but the proper decision was made, in overturning the deletion suggestion. Let's leave it there.--Mikhaileyepatch (talk) 08:04, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
