Family[edit]

And this is encyclopedic and relevant for what reason? 2600:1004:B11D:9850:6822:C40D:B27C:775F (talk) 00:10, 21 August 2017 (UTC)

Marriage[edit]

The statement that upon his inauguration he was the first person to be married while serving as Governor of North Dakota is almost certainly wrong. His 29 predecessors were not all bachelors as this implies, and the way which it is worded implies exactly that. Shouldn't it actually say that he was the first person to get married while serving as Governor of North Dakota? I seriously doubt that he actually got married on his inauguration day. I think that the editor is trying to say that he got married well after being inaugurated (as opposed to some predecessors who served while married and were already married before becoming governor), but stated this very awkwardly. 2600:1004:B11D:9850:6822:C40D:B27C:775F (talk) 00:10, 21 August 2017 (UTC)
