EirSat-1 → EIRSAT-1 – EIRSAT-1 stands for the Educational Irish Research SATellite-1 and therefore should be in block capitals. References to this can be found in numerous articles[1], [2] including those referenced in the article itself [3] Lanasalmon (talk) 21:29, 16 July 2017 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: No consensus, which in this case results in the move going through as requested, because it was the stable title after an uncontested RM.(non-admin closure) TonyBallioni (talk) 04:40, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
Education Irish Research Satellite 1 → EIRSAT-1 – Satellite is known as its acronym Lanasalmon (talk) 09:27, 1 September 2017 (UTC) --Relisting. GeoffreyT2000 (talk, contribs) 01:02, 10 September 2017 (UTC)

- @Lanasalmon: May be disputed. Better discuss. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 14:13, 1 September 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose I think Wikipedia generally prefers full names unless there is evidence that the short name is the WP:COMMONNAME. I would, however, support a move to Educational Irish Research Satellite 1. GeoffreyT2000 (talk, contribs) 13:54, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
- Support - restore to the article's previous consensus name, as established in the above RM. It is primarily known by the acronym, not by the full spelled out version.[1][2][3] — Amakuru (talk) 13:15, 26 September 2017 (UTC)
