Armitstead/Armistead

The authoritative ODNB calls her Armitstead, not Armistead. I haven't looked further than that, but I think this article should probably be moved. (The issue is slightly complicated by the fact that Elizabeth Armitstead already exists as a redirect to the cyclist Lizzie Armitstead, but there are obviously ways to fix that.)
