FURPS is the quality factor for the web application.
FURPS stands for
Functionality – Is the functionality appropriate to user’s objectives within the product scope.
Usability – Can users perform tasks efficiently,
effectively and with satisfaction?
Reliability – The number of bugs identified, where
product behavior deviates from the specification
(how it should perform).
Performance – Response times, calculation times,
concurrent user loads, etc.
Supportability – The user’s cost and effort to support
and maintain the installed product.
