Added popular culture section

Just wanted to notify that I added a popular culture section due to the city's rise in intrigue from the Not The Experts Youtube series found here: [1].
Thank you for reading and let me know anything else. It's been a while since I last contributed and I admittedly forgot how to properly utilize the source code.

I just made five (anon bc I hadn't logged in on this device before) edits removing UGF Pandas stuff from the factual sections of the page. This page might need a presence by the admins, or might even need edit protected - most UGF edits have been by anons. Doyle524 (talk) 20:49, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
