I can't find any Biblical reference to wine flowing out of Jesus's side. 59.104.85.200 8 July 2005 19:55 (UTC)

The pentagram is said to be an ancient Christian symbol for the five wounds of Christ. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.85.2.119 (talk) 09:57, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

User:Str1977 has methodically gone through articles included in the Category:Christian mythology removing them. This article was one of those removed.Perhaps not in the interests of the non-indoctrinated Wikipedia reader? I have no opinion in this particular case myself. --Wetman 09:33, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

typo

[edit]

Sorry for the typo, it was, of course, Henry VIII not VII who carried out the dissolution. Has now been fixed by another editor. Epeeist smudge 10:28, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Side Note?

[edit]

Should we include a reference to those Christians who recognize the feet as a single wound and include the Crown in the devotions of the 5 wounds of Christ? I Am Chaos (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 06:02, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"Greatest Unrecorded Shoulder Wound"?

[edit]

I cannot understand this phrase. I understand that there was a shoulder wound that was unrecorded, but in what sense is it "the greatest"? --98.19.18.210 (talk) 06:29, 12 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
