Today there was a talk on Frantisek Behounek by Czech Radio (cannot remember the station), they said F. Behounek was not on the board of Norge flying to the North just his scientific instrument(s). (The airship has allegedly a limited space for the crew.)

Another note: His book "Fregata Novara pluje okolo sveta" is probably older than 1969 (maybe the last edition is mentioned) as I remember this book in the bookshelf of my parents definitely before the year 1969.
