Fred Espenak has retired

Fred Espenak has retired from NASA in 2009 http://www.nasa.gov/topics/solarsystem/features/eclipse/espenak.html . He currently considered a volunteer by NASA. The following individual wrote me this Karen Smale, SED Web Editor-in-Chief at NASA Jan 23 to me Larry, As I mentioned in my initial reply, Fred maintains that website on a volunteer basis. He does it on his own time; NASA does not pay him to do it. NASA just provides the web server upon which that data is displayed. Fred does the calculations because he's an eclipse fan.
