Notability
[edit]Frederik Peeters is an established European graphic novelist. He is not currently well known in the US, as his first work in English was only published this year, but this does not make him any less notable.
He has won and been nominated for a number of awards in addition to those mentioned in the article. A list of awards and works can be found in the French wikipedia entry for Peeters [1]. I have omitted this and other information available online only because I am not able to translate from either French or Spanish.
