Reichswehr in section heading

We have the unfamiliar word 'Reichswehr' (the Weimar Republic army) in a section heading but it's not defined in the text. We can't wikilink it in the heading because we don't usually link the words there. How about changing the heading to 'Army service under the German Empire and the Weimar Republic'?
