As noted in the entry itself,
[edit]this was a Chinese calendrical system that was imported to Japan. In that respect, I believe the Chinese name should be the head of the article, and the Chinese information forefronted. (Although only the Japanese reading of the characters is used on Japanese wikipedia pages, if you compare you'll see that the Japanese site puts the Chinese information first, with a "Japanese use" later on the page. http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/元嘉暦)
