Flagged this article for deletion because it fails to meet Wikipedia's Notability guidelines. This is a clear case of self-promotion as the page was created by a username that is an anagram of Mr. Stolyarov's full name.

The person in question is notable. The article passed AfD in 2014, and would certainly pass it again now given Stolyarov is even more notable as chair of the U.S. Tranhumanist Party. Danski14^(talk) 17:14, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
