"Climate" Errors

[edit]

I don't care

BevanFindlay (talk) 07:50, 21 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The climate data shows only 266 mm of rain per year in Phnom Penh, but the city page for Phnom Penh lists 1,411.9 mm. The city page seems more likely to be correct. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Blampied (talkcontribs) 18:56, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

copycat

[edit]

There is a featured article: Geography of Ireland - i allowed myself to get inspired by it for the sake of our beloved Cambodia. There remains a lot sorting, though. Please join in. I included plenty of excellent sources which i haven't yet fully read. Some photos would be great.

REFs

[edit]

Cite error: Invalid ref tag; name defined multiple times with different content

Has anyone any idea on how to get this done? I just had a look into the mysterious world of WP ref tags.

There was very little in the way of motivation.

It means somebody used <ref name= > to name a reference but then used the same name to define a different reference (or the same reference with different content). I'll take a look through the refs and see if I can fix it.--William Thweatt TalkContribs 19:56, 12 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Found it. In the climate tables two refs were named with <ref name="">. Two problems with that. First, "" is an invalid name parameter...a ref name must have text and be at least 3 characters in length. Second two different refs were defined by the same name (""), which also isn't allowed. Naming refs is optional, but when named, each unique ref must have a unique name.--William Thweatt TalkContribs 20:08, 12 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks William! As always - very competent info from you!
