COI
[edit]This edit in 2016 added unsourced favourable sounding material; it's likely to have been by someone closely connected to the subject. Fences&Windows 16:30, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
Second sentence
[edit]The second sentence begins "He is clueless on the world economy.." This does not sound like a very encyclopedic style at all. Vorbee (talk) 19:52, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
Reads like a Resumé
[edit]Copy editing this, I feel like I'm helping this guy brush up his resumé. Is it really necessary to have each and every council he was a part of?LizzieMack (talk) 16:34, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
- Looks like some of the resume-y fluff has been cleaned up. I'll take a crack at further clean up. Paisarepa (talk) 21:39, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
- Still needs a lot of work, but some of the sections are cleaned up to be less of a resume and less overly detailed. Paisarepa (talk) 22:11, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
New COI activity
[edit]typically of an SPA/COI, they remove the COI tag because 'they have fixed the issue'(!) - failing to realise they ARE the issue. This article has had long-standing COI issues from various SPAs over many years. The article is in places poorly referenced, overly detailed with the minutiae of the subject's career - far too much lavish CVing rather than concise, encyclopaedic content. Until there's a consensus from a quorum of truly independent editors (i.e. not the SPAs) on the talk page, I propose the tags remain. Rayman60 (talk) 16:05, 3 July 2019 (UTC)
