It is hard to see how this man does not constitute a notable subject despite the fact that there are not many internet sources on him!?
M.B.E. recipient President of Canadian Mathematics Society Authour of numerous papers... Founder of various organisations. (Did you actually read the article!?)
The one present source is authoritative and should alone permit the article to remain.
