CTBUH might have gotten the height wrong

The 262 metre figure to the top by the CTBUH seems to we wrong, as a 220 metre tower of the Xujiahui Center across the street was completed recently and it is clearly visible that the towers of Grand Gateway are not much taller. At least nowhere near 42 metres taller. The 224 metre roof height could be the architectural height instead.
