Gregory Kunde has also appeared as Mephistophles at the Zurich Opera in 2006 in Busoni's "Doktor Faust" opposite Thomas Hampson as Faust. There is a DVD of this quite rare work (2DVDs) from Arthaus Music. This role has a "part pitched often and cruelly above the staff."
