Oppose (changing !vote). Grotte di Castro is also known simply as Grotte, and had a similar number of pageviews in 2019. See e.g. Antonio Abati (a disambiguation problem I solved by referring to the Italian article), and possibly also Doria-Pamphili-Landi (where Grotte remains ambiguous, though I'd bet it's the place in mainland Italy).
