Unable to implement

The logo must first be uploaded to Wikipedia along with the appurtenant use license before it can be added to the article. The COI editor may use the File Upload Wizard to accomplish this.
Once the file and license are uploaded, the COI editor should return to the talk page with the uploaded file's name and create a new edit request.
The COI editor is reminded of the need to sign all talk page posts using four tildes.

Found sandbox article with a lot of useful info for expansion and potential split
