[edit]Hello Shlagha,
First I would like to say congratulations on creating a page that is easy to maneuver, clear, and concise. Once again, I know it is hard to find a lot of information on particular authors, but I do truly believe that you have chosen the most important facts that distinguish Hamda Khamis as an Arab woman writer. You choose to focus on her notability, showing you know the difference between quantity and quality of content.
I would just like to make minor suggestions. I think (as I mentioned before) it is very important to add a section that discusses Khamis's literary impact, because we must not forget the ultimate goal. Our superordinate goal is to get our pages passed by Wikipedia proving that these Arab women writers are notable. If you further emphasize her lasting legacy on society, Wikipedia administrators will too realize this and pass your page.
Also, I would further expand on the significance of specific works Khamis has created and why they are so important. What is her universal message? What inspires her to write? What does she advocate for?
Overall I think you have done an excellent job in choosing particular background information.
Best of Luck!
Hey Shlagha,
Great job with expanding your article, while still keeping it concise and well structured. Though this article is perhaps more minimalist than others, it is definitely notable and provides all the essential information.
The later half of the Works section is really crucial in understanding Khamis as a poet. One thing I noticed was that you mentioned that Khamis’ poem “Equality” was published by the ADACH and I think a link to that would be perfect if you have it.
Also, I would suggest changing the title of your last section from Critical Reception to Critical Reception and Legacy. It seems to me that the section emphasizes her lasting impact as a writer as well as her literary critiques!
Great work and best of luck!
