"This is in contrast to American companies, where it is common to search for a scapegoat." Isn't this a little bit biased? Sure there are companies like this however not every single company searches for a "scapegoat."

Poor article

I would take issue with the article at hand. It is extremely poorly sourced and indulges in an awkward form of orientalism towards the Japanese. The corresponding article in Japanese ja:反省 is simply about reflection as a concept, without any weird sermonizing about Japanese work culture. Nutez (talk) 12:59, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
