There doesn't appear to be any source or validity to the statement about him being named one of the top 5 business speakers in the world. "Mackay is most famous for the revelations of his violations of NCAA rules in the 1970s when he provided financial support and improper aid to several players on the Minnesota Golden Gophers men's basketball team."
