Who is "Hepting"
[edit]Presumably, in a case called "Hepting v. AT&T", there is someone involved named "Hepting". I think the article ought to say something about this person. Does anyone know anything? -- Tugbug 23:27, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
This is a class action suit, so it needs a class representative--that's Tash Hepting.Honestshrubber 04:40, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
Update as of 2011
[edit]The case is now under review in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals by a three judge panel(Harry Pregerson , Michael Daly Hawkins , and M. Margaret McKeown). The argument was held in Seattle Washington on August 31, 2011. The EFF has a page on the events as well as Wired Threat Level blog.[1] [2] --MarsInSVG (talk) 13:40, 14 September 2011 (UTC)

[edit]I'm taking this box out because I don't see any facts in the article which are not supported by the external links on the bottom, most notably the court filing itself. Honestshrubber 04:42, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
