- Comment. I'm inclined to oppose this since there has been no evidence provided that proves that the theatre in London is not the WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT association with the current target, considering that His Majesty's Theatre, London was named Her Majesty's Theatre on Wikipedia for many years. - I've started changing a bunch that were piping from Her to His Maj (changed to [[His Majesty's Theatre, London|His Majesty's Theatre]]), and found a few incorrect ones that should have linked to a different theatre, but had the thought that it's probably possible to automate some of the simpler changes. I am no good at scripts but perhaps someone else could write one to change a swag of what is left? Laterthanyouthink (talk) 06:52, 15 May 2023 (UTC)

Link to disambiguation[edit]
@Leschnei and @Doug butler: Just reaching out because you both have reverted my edits changing the link to His Majesty's Theatre. See 1, 2. The current title of the page is "His Majesty's Theatre", without "(disambiguation)". Perhaps I misread the guidelines on such cases, so I'd appreciate a bit more detail or explanation to help me understand better. Edge3 (talk) 15:47, 13 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Doug butler and Edge3: Most links to disambiguation pages are mistakes and end up on a list of links that need to be fixed. To distinguish these mistaken links from intentional links to DAB pages (which usually don't need to be fixed), the intentional links are distinguished by going through the title that includes '(disambiguation)' - even if it is a redirect.
