[edit]I have added some data and made a couple of corrections to try and bring this page up to date. Among others I have used the translation of the japanese version of Wikipedia as a source for information. It has generally agreed with other unsourced information I have found for Hiroko Sato. I have found multiple references to Hiroko Sato being the president of the student council at her local high school but I have not yet found reliable source material to include this data in the Wikipedia page.

The correct name for the high school she attended is as follows. Kanagawa Prefectural Senior High School, I Shida http://www.ishida-h.pen-kanagawa.ed.jp/

I am currently trying to source some clarification on some of her personal details, president of the school council at high school, apparently a good student and has the reputation for being independent and modern in her thinking.

Just a note on one of the recent additions I made to the page. The text "She was a student council president at her high school and is generally seen as an intelligent young woman of modern disposition who is both articulate and holds informed opinions on a range of subjects." comes from a number of sources, the japanese version of Wikipedia has a page for the high school she attended and in the ALUMNI category she is named and described as a former student council president. This matches a substantial amount of information spread around the internet, much of it in japanese. The description I have made is based on reading a substantial amount of material that she has written, it terms of her old blog OOKAMI and some years of her diary and associated works on the NHK Japan web site. I have tried to avoid massive amounts of citation as it detracts from the readability of a site about a person.

Re: Editing help
[edit]In response to this thread, I think I've done everything you asked for. If there's anything else, just let me know. The only thing that I did not change is the article's importance; that's dependent on how important this article's subject is to WikiProject Japan. Cheers. Gary King (talk) 16:53, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
Thanks mate, most appreciated.

Further Comments
[edit]I have just been given a link to one of her fan sites that has a profile supplied by her agent in Tokyo, the FITONE agency. http://www2.bbweb-arena.com/mshermit/mshermit_002.htm This is reliable information and will be useful in expanding the description of her personal hobbies, developed skills and interests.
Hutch48 (talk) 08:59, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
I have added the "Hobbies and Interests" section using information from the official FITONE profile and added the link to an external site that contains that profile. It is in Japanese. The trailing comments about her occasional taste in wine and beer are directly from her old personal blog OOKAMI, also in japanese.

Where are your sources ?
[edit]You should state your sources and all your reference materials. Without citations and source material; almost all of the information you wrote is worthless and could (and should) be deleted. As it stands, it reads like a fawning fan biog rather than an unbiased account of this person's life. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 219.133.147.253 (talk • contribs)
Himitsu no Akko-chan
[edit]This is the next section to be added for the live production of "Secret Akko Chan" ran at the Storehouse Theatre in Tokyo. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hutch48 (talk • contribs) 03:13, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
