Copyright is not the main problem here. I'm not sure if an OTRS ticket exists but even if it's provided, the fact is that the tone is not acceptable. No Wikipedia article should be a cut-and-paste of an organization's website. Attribution to reliable third-party sources and objectivity are the important criteria.
