The name of the article begins with the element which European languages identify as the surname. I've checked other articles on Asians and Hungarians (who, in Hungarian, also identify a person first with their surname) and it seems that Wikipedia generally follows European (or American) usage. Since she's nearly always referred to as Hei-Kyung Hong, why isn't this article under that name? -- kosboot (talk) 15:22, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
