Who keeps adding Chance as being eliminated in upcomming eps?
[edit]Although I hope to see Chance get eliminated in the future, it is gettin old in reading this article and finding him being listed as out in the next episod3e. I would not complain if the news is accurate, but it has been happening for several weeks whereas someone other than Chance gets booted instead. Whoever is doing this, please stop. --Doomzaber (talk) 01:29, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- The page has been protected, so the vandalism should stop. However, your most recent edit was incorrect and has been reverted, as Episode 6 had already aired at that time. Ophois (talk) 01:54, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
Episode 2 eliminations
[edit]There are already eliminations listed for episode 2. I don't know how this is possible, but please fix them. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chastayo (talk • contribs) 19:19, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
Which table to use?
[edit]I personally haven't seen the episode yet, but if it is like previous Flavor of Love shows and spinoffs, it is done with a callout order. If not, it is fine the way it is. Just wanted to point this out to anyone who has seen it yet. <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 03:58, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
- Turn on the TV and it was already on. It appears that the first episode was in callout format, but it might be a special episode. With the consensus of others, I think we should wait til the second episode before deciding which episode. <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 04:12, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
- And after thinking about it a little more, I remember seeing in the previews that they choose a B0ottom 3. The current table is best. :)<3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 05:45, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
Change the table
[edit]I feel that the table that should be used should be similar to the one's used for Top Chef or Shear Genius. Have the team captains for the episode in a mini-header on top and then use a WIN for teams that one, SAFE, for players on team that lost but not in bottom, LOW and OUT for bottom 3 and loser. Any other opinions?<3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 01:30, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- i think that would be a great idea —Preceding unsigned comment added by Spiderman2351 (talk • contribs) 21:54, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- I did do that but with a twist. I put "BTM 3" In pink for the first person chosen to be safe in the Bottom 3. And I put "BTM 2" for the person safe in the Bottom 2. Sean9500 • Talk • Contributions 20:27, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- I think the table should remain the way it was, there is nothing wrong with it and the new one you want is sloppy.
(talk) —Preceding comment was added at 21:13, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- The current table is really dumb. I don't know who's idea it is to include every single detail but seriously make your own fan page or something and take your shitty table with you. There really only needs to be a chart detailing who was safe, who was at risk, and who was OUT. Take the current Charm School chart for example. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.125.199.74 (talk) 23:44, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
- The show has a lot of information to give, unlike charm school, so quit being a little baby and deal with it.--Ydnar12 (talk) 23:52, 21 July 2008 (UTC)

- The table should be changed to the one that is mentioned before. It has all the contestants listed on the left, and then a high/low format. I might go ahead and try to make one. <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 04:00, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- I currently hid both tables until a dispute can be resolved. There really is no sense having either if an agreement can be reached, so this should be settled soon. IRK!Leave me a note or two 06:36, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- Alright, here is mine. I feel we should use the table which lists all contestants on left hand side and then episode data on right. It is used for Top Chef, Project Runway, Shear Genius, and I think Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School (I know that will be redlinked augh). There is no call out order in the show except for episode 1. <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 08:15, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- The Charm School one is best for this, but with more colors.--Ydnar12 (talk) 13:53, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- That's another thing, is it doesn't have to have that many colors. One for a team win, one for a team lose but safe, one for bottom 3, and one for out. That is basically all that is needed. Team captains can be mentioned in the Episode Summary or can just be on top similar to Quickfire Wins in Top Chef. <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 20:00, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- But I feel as though it would be easier to list it the original way it was. It's more organized, and the newer one is better suited for shows in which people compete individually instead of on a team. IRK!Leave me a note or two 23:18, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- I have an idea, this table should be formatted the way it is for Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School because we could list the teams on episode 1 and for Team Captains, we put a asterisk (*), so we know who the Team Captains are, and we put "WIN" in for whoever was on the winning team in the challenge, "SAFE" in for the contestants who did not win the challenge, "BTM 2" or "BTM 3" in to show who was in the Bottom 2/3, and (GOLD) and (GREEN) to indicate who was on the Gold and Green Teams; and do not worry about the color for winning I Love Money yet, we have plenty of weeks before we have to put that on the chart. This would look organized, simplified, and easy to understand. That is my opinion on what to do with the chart; this debate should end due to Wikipedia's Bandwith. We should keep room for whatever other questions, and/or suggestions for this article in the future, thank you. Sean9500 • Talk • Contributions 00:03, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- P.S. ~ Tell me what you think!!! Sean9500 • Talk • Contributions 00:06, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- Sean9500, um thanks for telling us how already it was, but anyway, i agree with IRK because it is a team show and not an individual show.--Ydnar12 (talk) 00:19, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- I never said anything about the contestants not being a team in the note above. Sean9500 • Talk • Contributions 00:43, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- Never said you did?--Ydnar12 (talk) 01:01, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- The original way is the callout order way. And there is no callout order except for Episode 1. <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 01:23, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- How about a table like the one in The Surreal Life: Fame Games? It's much more organized, and this version is rather sloppy, seeing as how people win as a team, and not individually. IRK!Leave me a note or two 04:35, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
- In my opinion, having multiple tables is pointless. They should and can be easily combined into one table. Ophois (talk) 00:43, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
- I combined the tables, as it is redundant to have all of them separated. Feedback would be appreciated. Ophois (talk) 02:42, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
- Here is my suggested version of the page: [1] Ophois (talk) 04:00, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Semi-Protection
[edit]This article needs to be semi-protected simply because of all of the vandalism happening to the article. Can someone please change this? Sean9500 • Talk • Contributions 20:47, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
I don't see any vandalism going on. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ydnar12 (talk • contribs) 20:50, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- That's not true. You are the one that keeps reverting the better chart (My chart). Stop, you're table isn't needed. Thank you. Sean9500 • Talk • Contributions 21:19, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- No, my chart is the better one yours is sloppy, your chart is not needed, so stop. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ydnar12 (talk • contribs) 21:22, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- This isn't Kindergarten anymore. Well, maybe for you, but, In the chart section, One person wanted the chart I'm making, and besides, my chart looks well oganized and gives a great idea of what happened. Yours, on the other hand, looks like there is a certain call-out order possibly confusing fans. And I'm not discussing this any longer because this is wasting Wikipedia's bandwidth. Thank you for your suggestion though. Sean9500 • Talk • Contributions 21:30, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- If the fan reads the key than the wont have that problem, and no yours just tell who was eliminated and not, mine tells there contributation in the episode. So stop with your un-helpful chart. Thanks.

[edit]What is it with people putting up episode summaries and eliminations before they air? Isn't there something against Wikipedia standards involving this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.22.210.217 (talk) 17:11, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
The episode airs at 11:00 AM the day of the advertised premiere episode. So if you don't want to find out who is eliminated early, don't visit this page bewtween 12:00 PM-10:00 PM. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.141.213.16 (talk) 22:39, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. People assumed Megan was to be eliminated in Ep. 3 when instead Heat was. 72.22.210.217 (talk) 22:25, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- Most of the time i saw Ep. 3 it said Heat and Megan in the bottom 2. --Ydnar12 (talk) 22:33, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- They show the power-outings in the trailers, so we know what team wins and loses. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chastayo (talk • contribs) 12:37, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- But it's not necessary to spoil fans like that, isn't it? We do not add it until we have complete proof of which team wins and loses until the complete Episode has aired completely on VH1. Sean9500 • Talk • Contributions 00:08, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- But it does show proof on the trailers.--Ydnar12 (talk) 00:21, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
Like most Flavor of Love shows and spinoffs, there are 2 showings. One in the morning and the more popular in the evening. I have always been for showing the information when first available. <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 01:25, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- I understand, but that's no excuse to spoil them BEFORE the morning showing even begins. I honestly don't see Entertainer being eliminated that soon anyway, unless he fell off his pole first in Eps. 10. 72.22.210.211 (talk) 19:23, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
- I agree, and the page has been fully-protected until the episode airs tomorrow because of this, and I will try to get it fully-protected again once the page has been updated for tomorrow's episodes. Ophois (talk) 19:25, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
- Theres not really a need to protect it after the episode airs unless the is more vandalism. If you protect it afterward then there will be no way to upload episode summaries ect.--Ydnar12 (talk) 22:39, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
- I see next elimination like common sense. If Toastee (or Pumkin) were to be paymaster, and Whiteboy just happened to be one of the bottom 3, he is the likeliest to be eliminated unless 12 Pac or someone else ticks them off. Of course, I am not going to write that on Wikipedia until said theory comes to life. 72.22.210.211 (talk) 22:42, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
- Well the episode 8 spoiler is 100% correct but i get your guys point about people putting it up but it does not need to be fully protected.--Ydnar12 (talk) 22:43, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
- How exactly do we know that 12 Pac goes home? If I remember correctly, a person had charted that a Stallionaire was up there (Whiteboy). Everyone wants Whiteboy to go home, not 12 Pac. Unless Real, Hoopz, or Whiteboy is Paymaster, I find it hard for 12 Pac to be sent home. 72.22.210.211 (talk) 22:46, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
- heather and entertainer are seen in the spit olympics, brandi, toastee, megan, pumkinmake it to episode 10 with a food fight. hoopz, real, whiteboy, pumkin are seen in "you booze, you lose" challenge, so the odds are staked against him.--Ydnar12 (talk) 23:12, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
- In Episode 9 he might lose, that doesn't mean Episode 8 was when he was defeated. By the way, at this point every character's status with the others should have solidified by now, with the exception of Toastee (her status with everyone except Pumkin isn't solid, and often debatable). So between Episode 8 and 9 there was a chance he was sent home or he fell off those poles first in Episode 10. 72.22.210.211 (talk) 00:06, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Ok, stop speculating who falls off the poles first in Eps. 10. Seriously, where's the proof that either Real, Brandi C. or The Entertainer are eliminated? Unless someone from the show themselves edits, we won't believe it. 72.22.210.217 (talk) 22:26, 6 September 2008 (UTC)
- the reason ppl are speculating is because the following ppl fall off (the trailer proves it)
Hoopz
The Enterianer
Real
Megan
and i think Whiteboy
so those 5 are under speculation. I dont no why Brandi is being speculated maybe because shes the weakest out of them all. To be honost her and Toastee should be fine on this challange LOL. the other thing is Pumkin Toastee Brandi and Megan get into a fight so why arent they taking any action and giving them consquences??--Spiderman2351 (talk) 02:38, 7 September 2008 (UTC)Spiderman2351
- Understandable, but why The Entertainer on the "LOSE" portion? Just 'cause he won the previous challenge doesn't mean he'll suck at this one. 72.22.210.217 (talk) 12:04, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
... Some spoilers are just horrible. We have proof that Hoopz isn't the Paymaster in Episode 10 (trailer?), so why does speculation continue? 72.22.210.217 (talk) 00:05, 14 September 2008 (UTC)

Color coding caption should be changed.
[edit]On the Elimination Table, it shows that Brandi quit and the color is blue and reads as follows: "The contestant was in the Bottom 3 and quit the competition." I think it should be changed to read: "The contestant voluntarily quit the competition." because other contestants might want to quit also and are not in the Bottom 3.
I also think the orange one reading, "The contestant was last in the challenge and was eliminated." should be changed to "The contestant was last in the challenge and was automatically eliminated." or "The contestant was automatically eliminated." It just makes it more easy to understand, is all. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nixcore (talk • contribs) 04:22, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
The Challenges

Table Colors
[edit]The WP:MOS has a section on use of colors. Black text on a Green background is hard for the visually impaired to read, due to the lack of contrast between dark colors and dark text. A better alternative is White text on a Green background, which has more contrast. If you disagree with this color choice, please discuss it here rather than constant reverting the colors in the table. Thanks! Plastikspork (talk) 21:12, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
- And another one, why pink for "no team"? Pink is used elsewhere for bottom 3. Plastikspork (talk) 22:17, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
- It's not like you have sentences where the green text is, all it says is "GREEN", so...?--Ydnar12 (talk) 01:12, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
- Sure, but why do you object to the white text on the green background? The WP:MOS discourages the use of text which is hard to read by visually impaired. Green has less contrast than Green Plastikspork (talk) 01:27, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
- It's common sense, what else would the text say on the green background indicated there on the green background? It's silly so stop it.--Ydnar12 (talk) 01:38, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
- Again, what is your objection to white text if it doesn't matter to you? Thanks for being WP:CIVIL and having the discussion here! Plastikspork (talk) 01:40, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
- It justs looks tacky and random. No one has ever complained about it before so let it be.--Ydnar12 (talk) 01:46, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
- I still don't understand, there is white text elsewhere on a purple background. It's not random, it's due to the fact that green is a dark color and the text is hard to read. FYI, I have reported this edit war to Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring, and I don't plan to edit this article again until this issue is resolved, since we are both now guilty of 3RR. Please continue to have a civil discussion on this matter so we can come to a resolution. Thanks! Plastikspork (talk) 02:21, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
- Purple is a darker color and green represents what team they are on so theres no point in even adding white text as the color tells it all unlike the colors purple and blue which are darker colors.--Ydnar12 (talk) 02:50, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
- What if I am color blind? Black on a dark background is not easy to read in any case. I still don't understand why having white text is a problem when it's easier to read. Plastikspork (talk) 02:55, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
- If you were color blind you might see white as blue or something so your screwed either way.--68.204.155.189 (talk) 20:28, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
