Oppose nominator's suggested moves and instead support the following:

Ibrahim Cissé (disambiguation) → Ibrahim Cissé

Ibrahim Cissé → Ibrahim Cissé (footballer, born 1996)

Ibrahim Cissé (Ivorian footballer) → Ibrahim Cissé (footballer, born 1999)

Why? Because it's standard to use YOB as primary disambiguation for footballers, and nationality can/will/does cause confusion (the French footballer is of Senegalese descent and the Ivorian footballer plays in France).
