Contradiction in lead section

It says a development syndicate bought him out in 1909, then in the same section it says a development syndicate bought him out in 1911.

I suspect probably they bought him out in 1909 and then in 1911 established the town, or something like that. Anyway, this bit of the article is clearly wrong, but fixing it should hopefully be simple. TooManyFingers (talk) 16:28, 23 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
