[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Ituri Rainforest. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20050210110127/http://osfac.umd.edu/ to http://osfac.umd.edu/

Extent
[edit]The map gives an erroneous impression of the extent of the Ituri Forest. The map and article suggest it is contiguous with Ituri Province. It is not. It does not fill the Ituri Province, and it does spill over into adjacent provinces, particularly to the south and southwest of Ituri Province, specifically parts of Nord Kivu and Tshopo provinces. Climate
[edit]I removed a non-reliable paper claiming that the average temperature was 31°C and the average humidity something like 85%. To those of us who live in cold climates, it's easy to just assume that hot is hot and blush over numbers like this without a second thought, but to anyone familiar with world climates, this claim is absurd. For now I have left a link to a nearby city with a weather station. —Soap— 13:21, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
