Draft

Created this stub yesterday using create article wizard in hopes that it would speed up the writing of the article. After working on it a bit I decided it was not in need of any oversight and deleted the draft code embedded in the article. Unfortunately this leaves Draft:Izala Society as the title of the article but no code to alert draft admins or bots or whoever checks these articles.
