Debate re: Speedy Deletion
[edit]I do not understand why this article has been tagged for speedy deletion. The article is complete with references to support the details presented. This person is an award-winning basketball coach as well as a notable high school and college player. Mr. Blackmon was drafted into the NBA, though he never played a game. The coaching and playing accomplishments of this person have been detailed in the article. What more is needed to justify retention of this article? Please direct me to what specifics must be added to this article to make it Wiki-worthy, in your eyes. This person is certainly a legend in Indiana basketball history, and Indiana as a state has a tremendous basketball history of its own. Jlhcpa (talk) 03:55, 26 February 2011 (UTC)
