[edit]So, was he Protestant? The reason I ask is because the article on Rorke's Drift lists all those who received the Victoria Cross. There is one Irishman listed and it is this man. Other sites state that over 20% of those who fought at Rourke's Drift were Irish and the anti-Catholicism/Irish of the British Army throughout World War I was infamous so....? 89.100.195.42 16:39, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
