Can anyone fix the link in the last para of "Life" in the list of towns (here Vienna) that exhibit works by Ekling? The identical link works on the German Wikipedia, but not here.--Julius Eugen (talk) 21:25, 29 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to fix it, but please you try to get all external links away from the body of the text to an extra section. For links to otherlanguage Wikipedia, use {{ill}}, example ill|de|xyz framed by the double brackets. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:38, 29 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks a lot. I have moved the links para to the External Links section.--Julius Eugen (talk) 16:05, 30 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Many mistakes

[edit]

I corrected a few of the mistakes, but there are many more. Ekling was not born in Matzleinsdorf, he was only baptized there, because it was the parish church. He was born on the Wieden which, like Landstraße (not "Landstrasse"), was a part of Vienna. His mother's maiden name was Spitzbarth. Footnote 15 is worthless, because the author and the title of the article is missing.--Suessmayr (talk) 08:43, 8 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
