Did Dandridge own slaves?[edit]

If so, when and how many? How did he acquire them? By marriage or by purchase or both? Did he bequeath them to his children, including Martha? Did he free any?

Whether he owned slaves or not, this is a major missing piece from the article. Rich (talk) 02:58, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
