Hey so someone should put up a picture. I cant upload one because i haven't had this account for at least four days lol. Feel free to edit as long as its true. -enburst
in reference to the concern over notability i added a few statistics in order to show that Mitzewich is indeed a well known video chef. He has been features in compilations such as "The Most Popular YouTube Cooking Videos Of 2010" (Huffington Post) where he was featured multiple times. There isn't anyone else in his field who has achieved the same level of prominence. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Enburst (talk • contribs) 06:57, 20 February 2011 (UTC)
writes a blog called Food Wishes, has won some awards, though cannot vouch for importance of them. <http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2011/03/help-ive-been-wikipediad.html — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ekeby (talk • contribs) 05:46, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
John Mitzewich is also a well-known chef on food.about.com. I think he also teaches at culinary school. And he was a chef at Ryan's Cafe in S.F. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.8.131.52 (talk) 16:24, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
Basil Magazine profile has him entering college in 1981, not 1983.

- The page originally said 1981 but Chef John himself edited it to be 1983. Presumably he knows when he went to college, but we'll need to find a reliable source to substantiate this. Based on some quick web searches, it seems that he enrolled in 1981 but graduated in 1983. 220.127.116.11 (talk) 14:13, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
