Category:American slave owners

No mention of slave-owning. I feel that this category should be restricted to people whose slave-owning history was notable in itself. Valetude (talk) 21:43, 21 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I too could find no mention of his alleged slave ownership. Seems more likely that a Presbyterian minister from New Jersey would be an abolitionist but I couldn't find evidence of that either. Since there's no RS for the claim, I removed the category designation. BBQboffin (talk) 00:02, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
