Central and South American material removed
[edit]I have cleaned up the article by removing some material about Mexico and South American Lancasterian schools. This was all unreferenced. It is not that it lacks interest, but it is not clear that Lancaster himself was involved. It can be reinstated at some later point, possibly in the BFSS article: it would be somewhat off-topic here anyway. (There was also a stray mention of Nyon, Switzerland.)
