Hi all, I tidied up the English here. The title "biography" is a bit misleading, as the article tells us very little about the man, and is centred on his crimes. I almost changed it to background. One almost thinks that we should just move this information to a page on the Cibeno massacre, as this page is unlikely to paint a true portrait of a human being, which is the intent of a personal page in Wikipedia. cheers
