Title

There might be some issues with the "" in the title of this article. I was thinking it should be moved to Kaua'i County Police Department, but that might cause some problems with the AfD going on. --Gawaxay (talk contribs count) 20:10, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've already compensated for the author's use of the "okina" (‘). I've created Kauai County Police Department and redirected it here. The use of the okina is the proper, encyclopaedic (although confusing to most) way to write the name.--Sallicio 20:30, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
