Ken Campbell (disambiguation) → Kenneth Campbell – Since, as of this writing, Kenneth Campbell redirects to Ken Campbell (disambiguation), there is no need for the parenthetical qualifier "(disambiguation)" because the majority of those listed there are, in fact, named "Kenneth", including the sole "Kenny", Kenny Campbell. In any case, the dab page's lead sentence already specifies, "Kenneth, Ken or Kenny Campbell may...", thus providing no confirmation that "Ken" is the primary form over "Kenneth".
